How to File a Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. A description of the content that was removed and its original location before removal.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or any district where the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown.

Repeat Infringer Policy
